Partner Terms of Use

1. Safe-for-work marketingAll partner marketing must be safe for work. This includes store pages, landing pages, social posts and ads.
2. Full GPUs onlyData center partners must give full GPU usage only. Sharded, shared or split GPU resources are not allowed. We end the partnership on the first offense.
3. Monthly payment in USDWe pay once a month, in US dollars (USD).
4. Tax ID for US partnersPartners in the US need a valid Social Security number (SSN) or a federal tax ID (EIN).
5. No crypto yetWe do not pay in crypto at this time. Crypto payments are coming soon.

Your written agreement comes first. If you have a written partner agreement with Graydient, that agreement takes priority over this page.
